Mr. Swart co-founded Sandpiper Networks, the first company to develop and operate a Content Delivery Network (CDN). He has more than 20 years of experience in the high tech industry, and participates in private companies as an investor and advisor. He held executive positions at Digital Island, Cable & Wireless, and Savvis Communications. Most recently, he served as Vice President, Emerging Opportunities and Strategy at Level 3 Communications. Prior to Sandpiper, Andrew led the OEM Services division at Interactive Systems, developing customized UNIX operating systems for OEMs worldwide.

Mr. Lang brings more than twenty years of global business-building experience to QuorumLabs. As general manager of the Mobility Business Unit at Cisco Systems, Larry grew Cisco’s mobile internet business from near-zero to several hundred million dollars, rapid profitable growth driven by the infrastructure demands of smart phones. Larry has also applied his product and communication skills in startup environments, defining product strategy at Ipsilon Networks leading up to its acquisition by Nokia.

Currently serving on the Board of Directors of several technology companies including Ixia (Nasdaq XXIA) and Orolia (Nyse Euronext: ALORO), Mr. Asscher is also the President and Chief Executive Officer of Airtek Capital Group, a private equity investment firm based in Brussels, Belgium. Previously, he served as General Manager of Apollo Invest, a private equity investment firm based in Paris, France.
