        Installation Assistance

  • With the QuickStart service, when you purchase onQ appliances, you won't be left on your own. Installation professionals will walk you through the first-time process of installing and configuring your appliances to protect up to three servers' and assist you in planning for protection of all remaining servers in your datacenter.

        Insight to Best Practices

  • With the QuickStart service, you'll have experts helping you launch the use of your onQ appliances along a best practices path. This will ensure that your appliances are optimized for YOUR environment.

        Online Training

  • The QuickStart service includes user training conducted online with your key technical resources...no travel required.

  • Kickoff meeting to establish goals and timelines.
  • Configuration of appliances.
